The value we got for our money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff treated us with great hospitality.

Always immaculately clea.the cafe/bar downstairs is quiet but open until 1am when I needed it - very useful to work in. It is easy to find but a long way out of town by foot, which is why i like it - a very nice walk at the end of the day (or metro ride).

This was a such great stay for the price. The location of the property was pleasant as we were just off the centre which was at a place called 'Beurs' and the nearest metro by foot...

The queen room is airy and has central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The bathroom is big, the beds are good, the staff are affable. The location is great and pleasant, 3 km from Halls of Saint-Gery.

The double room we stayed in were spacious. The hotel was in a good and lovely location, in the Koekelberg neighborhood.

The location was mind-blowing, with a good view of the Basilica and a short distance from the city centre. The restaurant blew me away with an EXCELLENT dinner and a comfortable ambiance. The staff were super pleasant and well-mannered. The room, although not jaw-dropping in size, was very clean, had a lovely view, and a pleasant temperature. The breakfast was nice, with good service, and the water pressure and temperature were really good.

The room was large enough, the wi-fi system is great and the heating in the room is plenty. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, as I have found no bad things to complain about.

The view of the city lights from the hotel room window was stunning during Christmas. The bed in the room was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The room was quite outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom had mold and the shower was not very pleasant to use.

The rooms are very clean and pleasant. The bed are very comfortable (not too soft, not too hard, nice pillows). The restaurant attached to the hotel has good food (cheap and tasty set menu of the day for 11 euros) and efficient service, with nice atmosphere.

Maybe they could improve the hot water supply, as if it is warm enough, sometimes it takes time to have it and could be a bit more hot. No drama though. I booked also a room with double bed and we got instead 2 single beds, as some other clients mentioned also in the reviews.

The value for money at Frederiksborg was great - a charming hotel with a clean, real hotel feel. The location was picturesque, near a lovely park and with a fantastic view of the basilica. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

neat fine accommodation with super-friendly staff and marvellous location to the nearest metro. european-style building, immaculately clean and airy rooms with music as well as windows to open.

The unit we got was clean and immaculate with music, the bathroom, separat beds. The service provided there was excellent. Quick check-in was a bonus. Pleasant location, Zaventem airport was 20 km away. You could walk to a bakery and shops.
